- While we always aim to surprise you with early delivery, sometimes life happens and there might be small delays – we appreciate your patience!
When Things Don’t Go as Planned
We’re human, and sometimes mistakes happen. Whether it’s a packaging mix-up, a bump during transit, or a rare inventory hiccup, we want you to know that these situations affect less than 2% of our orders. When they do occur, we’re here to make things right – that’s our promise to you.
If something’s not quite right with your order, here’s how we’ll help:
Wrong Product? No Worries!
We totally understand how disappointing this can be. Here’s what we need to make it right:
- Keep the product unused and in its original packaging
- Share a quick unboxing video with us (we know it sounds formal, but it really helps us improve!)
- Reach out to us within 2 days of delivery
Damaged During Delivery?
Oh no! We hate when this happens. Here’s what to do:
- Take some photos of the damage before you dispose of anything
- Share that unboxing video if you have one
- Contact us within 2 days – we’ll sort this out quickly
Missing Something?
Don’t panic! Sometimes items play hide and seek:
- Check your package thoroughly (sometimes small items nestle in packaging)
- If something’s truly missing, let us know within 2 days
- An unboxing video really helps us track down what went wrong
Our Fair Exchange Process
Here’s the honest truth about exchanges:
If you accidentally ordered the wrong item (we’ve all been there!), we’re happy to help with an exchange. We do need to charge ₹200 to cover the pickup and redelivery costs – this just covers what our logistics partners charge us, nothing more.

We accept Return, Exchange products in 4 to 5 Business days.
Once you contact us, our friendly customer care team will reach out with simple, clear instructions to make everything smooth.
Your exchange product will be delivered in 3 to 4 business days.
Cancellations Made Simple
Changed your mind? Here’s what you need to know:
Life happens, and we get it! To cancel your order:
- Reach out within 24 hours of ordering, or before we create your shipping label
- Once our delivery partner picks up your package, we can’t stop the journey (they’re quite efficient!)
- Heads up: Prepaid orders zip through our system super quickly – they’re often processed instantly
Our Refund Philosophy
We believe in fair solutions for everyone:
If delivery goes wrong on our end: We’ll prioritize getting a replacement to you ASAP. If you’d rather not wait, we’ll provide a coupon code for the full amount – think of it as a rain check for your wellness journey!
If you change your mind after shipping: We understand plans change. If your order is already on its way and you no longer want it, we’ll process your refund minus ₹200 for shipping costs. We hope you understand – once the wheels are in motion, there are real costs involved.
The Refund Process – Simple & Transparent
For card and online payments:
- We start processing refunds within 5-7 business days
- Your bank will credit the money back to your original payment method
- Give it another 5-10 business days to show up in your account (banks can be slow!)
- We’ll share tracking numbers so you can follow up if needed
Once your refund is approved your amount will be credited within 5 to 7 business day to the original payment method.
A Note on Our Right to Cancel
Sometimes, very rarely, we might need to cancel an order due to circumstances beyond our control. If this happens, we’ll let you know promptly and ensure any refunds are processed quickly. We never take this decision lightly and always communicate openly about it.
